This company sent their apprentice plumber to our house with a broken pipe snake. Then they charged us full price when they couldn’t even solve the problem. So I called the manager and she said she would talk to the owner, she called me after she talked to the owner and told me that she needs my email address so that he can be in contact with me to possibly give me a discounted price since they sent a plumber out with broken equipment and didn’t finish the job. I have been using Blau Plumbing for at least 15 years. We have been through two water heaters, a new HVAC, a mid-century modern plumbing system which likes to have major fails and fixing up previous owner DIY plumbing jobs. Theo is the best, and they have always been responsive, show up on time, give estimates that are right on, do more than is expected, are polite, keep things clean, they are dog friendly, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you require any plumbing needs, call Blau. They were at my house within a few hours of my phone call to replace my defective water heater. Professional, courteous and informative. Very competitive prices. I give Blau 5 stars.
Everyone was very professional. They came right on time and gave us a quote up front. The work was done perfectly and he let us know about other things we could do. Kyle was great! Will definitely use them again for any future services.

Have only lived in the area for a year but have used Blau for all of our plumbing needs and very pleased with their service and professionalism.
