Blau was a great experience all around from initial phone call to the technician. Technician (Brian) very friendly, cleaned up after working etc....hard worker, it was 85* and installing an upper wall heating unit, it was hot upstairs but he kept right on working Hats off ! They really know there business.!! Very helpful with the questions I had and the tech made sure things were up to code. This was the third (and last job due to a major move) that Blau has done for us. The first two were relatively simple simple but handled expertly and the information and feedback about our plumbing system was very useful and informative. The most recent job (well testing and pump replacement) was multiple steps, and complicated due to selling the property. Blau Plumbing is always there for us. We have used them for many years. They even came out on a holiday or two. They understand how important getting things fixed and fixed on time are to people. Most of the time when called they come a little earlier then the time given. They always call first to give you a heads up. I appreciate Blau Plumbing for several reasons. First, the time from my call to the arrival of the technician is short. Second, the technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. They have always given a complete and thorough explanation of what they see as the solution to the problem, and how they plan to address the problem. Third, they do an excellent job of cleaning up before the leave. Blau Plumbing is professional all the way around.

Very responsive and were able to send someone the same day to fix our air conditioner. He diagnosed the problem and had it running within 2 hours.

Blau does excellent work. They are prompt. I made a call to them and they responded within four hours. Theo was knowledgeable, efficient, neat which I consider to be a great asset to the company. When in a plumber, call Blau. None better.

I am not a first time customer. When in need call Blau. I had a problem with two toilets - called Blau and within four hours Theo was here. He fixed both with great knowledge and experience - explained to me what needed to be done - problems were fixed in a timely manner and fashion, no mess everything was cleaned up - check for leaks in the basement, Need a plumber call Blau - fast, friendly excellent service - couldn't find a better company. They were prompt. Efficient. Helped me with a tenant who was throwing things down the toilet, that shouldn't have been, and gave me paperwork to back it!! Appreciated that!!

I had a problem with a bathroom sink drain leaking. Called a local plumber who said he could get me in on Wednesday! I called Blau, they were there in 4 Hours! Theo (nice guy) came in diagnosed the problem, had all the right parts, had it fixed faster than I thought. Saved me from trying to do an uncomfortable project over the weekend. It was the right call, service was friendly, fast and he did a Great job. If I ever have another problem which we all know every homeowner will. I will call Blau first...5 stars*****
