Had a Trane Furnace end of February 2022 was quite the experience they sent a trainee and an installer who really only cared about the fact that he had 24 hours to retirement. With a lot of bang and pounding and some other noises 91/2 hours later furnace was installed. Since then we have had nothing but problems this company cannot fix to this day I still have to turn my A/C off manually, Thermostat will not turn it off and I had the A//C unit checked a few weeks after install was given A+. I had Blau Plumbing Inc. out on 12/26/ 20221 to examine my Reliance water heater, for I wasn't getting any hot water. The first technician that came out said my water heater's lower heating element probably caused my electrical supply to the water heater to turn off, and that my lower heating element, a 20$ part, needed replacing. The cost for that work was $606.62. That price is much too high. All the work to be done was carefully explained to us and was completed in a timely and very professional manner! Everything looks and works great!
I needed a plumber ASAP when my bathtub mixing valve jammed and couldn't close to turn the water off. The valve was a MOEN posi-temp (crummy valve by the way, never buy MOEN). Valve required the cartridge to be replaced. Tech took about 45 min. to replace. The cost to replace the cartridge was $515.00, plus a $149 truck charge and a $40 diagnostic fee for which there was none. The work performed was excellent. The problem was diagnosed and solved promptly. The worker was clean, polite, respectful, and friendly. Everything was left clean and orderly. I will use the company again when needed and will give them a good reference to family and friends.
Fantastic service!! I called about a broken water heater at 1 pm on a Saturday, and Blau had a new unit installed by 5pm with no up charge for weekend service.
Rapid response, great service and a trusted product. Furnace care has been provided for many years and I’ve never been not satisfied. People working for the company are polite, work as expected to get things cared for quickly and clean up leaving.<br /> <br /> <br />
