Someone came out the same day I called for service and diagnosed and fixed my problem that same day. I am happy with the job that was done. The only issue was with the form of payment as they seem to have problems confirming check payments they Certegy. I was able to ay with a credit card so there wasn’t a real issue other than the oddity and annoyance of having my check declined.
They were very polite, showed up even earlier than expected....gave is a verity of options and fixed the problem efficiently and neatly. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
Prompt service, neat work and cleanup, friendly staff. Overall I would recommend this company to friends and family 100%.

Steve came promptly, worked efficiently, and enjoyed our rabbit and the chipmunk awaiting relocation. He offered a suggestion for reducing electric bills. I was able to follow the recommendation.

We have used Blau for several major projects over the years and have been very pleased with the service each time. Most recently we had three plumbing projects completed and the techs were very professional and knowledgeable. We went to Blau knowing that the quality of the work would meet our expectations. We were not disappointed.
