Our furnace stopped working around 10 p.m. Blau sent out Theo the next day, and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem. He was knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Blau is trustworthy and wants satisfied customers. We would definitely recommend them.
I have had numerous jobs that Blau Plumbing has worked on at my house over the years. I would like to HIGHLY RECOMMEND Blau Plumbing if you need the services of a plumber. They call you when a plumbing employee is on their way to your house, let you know what the job will cost, complete the job in a timely fashion, and clean up they are finished. We found a problem with some outside piping the day after Thanksgiving and knowing a big storm was coming we needed help right away. We called Blau late in the day on Friday and they were there on Saturday. Kyle was very professional, friendly and efficient. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hour. We were relieved to not have to worry about water problems in our basement and have it addressed before the snow. I had a difficult clog in my kitchen sink, Blau plumbing was able to send someone out the same day I called and in very little little time resolved my issue. The technician that came to my home was very professional, knowledgeable, and gave me some options to help minimize any recurrence. I will certainly recommend Blau to any friends or family needing plumbing assistance.
I've had Blau Plumbing out three times. I've met five of their plumbers and all have been completely professional, very friendly, extremely competent, and patient with my endless questions. While I hope not to have any plumbing issues for a while, I would not hesitate to call Blau and I highly recommend them.
Blau Plumbing arrived within an hour of my call. David was very professional and helpful with advice and very knowledgeable about the old and new water heater. Within 2 hours the new one was installed and I had got water within 30 minutes.
We have had the Blau service contract for our heating and air conditioner for some time now! They are very thorough and our technician is always very knowledgeable! He explains everything to us and it gives us peace of mind to know everything is in good working condition!
