I was attempting to replace a shut-off valve on the supply line coming from our well into the house. I broke the supply line and ended up with rusty water flooding my basement. I called Blau and explained the situation to Samantha. She said would get someone there ASAP. Within 45 minutes Mickey arrived and knew just what to do to fix the problem. I woke up on a Saturday morning to find water coming from below my water heater. With a house full of guests, I needed to get the unit replaced ASAP. I called Blau and within about an hour a Blau's plumber was at my door. Within four hours I had a new hot water heater running. i called about my basement drain backing up. within an hour someone was here for a service call. he designated the problem and snaked my main drain. was done in less than an hour. excellent job

I have been using Blau Plumbing as my plumber for 30 years or more. Today I had them replace a laundry tub, faucet, washing machine hookup, dishwasher hookup and shut off valves for all related equipment. They have a great bunch of guys and gals. Always polite and accurate.

After my kitchen sink backed up I had a different plumbing company come in and us a plunger and some chemicals and said it was fixed when clearly it was not. I then called Blau and they came out the next day. My service tech Kyle was great and not only did he fix the problem he explained what how did and gave me some advice as to how to avoid the problem in the future. Fantastic customer service!!

Blau was able to come out to my house in less than 24 hours. My service technician was very helpful and informative and was finished in about an hour. He explained what he had done to fix the issue and we mapped out a service plan for going forward.

We needed a new water heater and Blau installed it the very next day. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, respectful and more than competent. Price was good, too.

Blau Plumbing responded the same afternoon and fixed the presenting problem in short order. The service person noticed a different less-than-ideal situation and suggested the remedy. I'm happy the little problem will be repaired before it becomes a big emergency.

I woke up this morning to water streaming from the overflow pipe on my water heater. I called Blau at 7:15 am and by 8:30 am they had a plumber at my home. It turned out to be a defective pressure relief valve that they replaced under warranty. I really appreciated the "Sudden Service". They were great, very attentive to our needs both the customer service people and the plumber. I would recommend them for sudden service! !
