From scheduling service to completion I was kept informed of everything. Technician arrived on time & completed the job throughly and provided suggestions to maintain drains easily.
The service was great, the price was more than reasonable Their employee came right when they said he would and was he very clean and thorough, he made sure everything was working the way it should before he left.
We woke up to a house that smelled like an <g class="gr_ gr_7 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del" id="7" data-gr-id="7">out house</g>. After calling an unnamed company who told us that they can not help us we called Blau Plumbing. They showed up when they said they would, completed all work within the time frame they gave us and were courteous throughout. The technicians took all the time I wanted to answer questions. I'll never call any other plumber again!

I am partially disabled and was in a really tough spot. I knocked a bottle into a flushing toilet and watched as it got sucked right down. Instant clog! My brother stepped in and used a snake. We thought he was able to push it through but after 3-4 flushes it was clogged again. So I googled local plumbers and called one with a top rating. I think one of the worst moments for homeowners is to come home and have water leaking in your basement. The anxiety and frustration set in, and you frantically try to fix it or try to find someone who can come fix it afterhours, without charging an arm and a leg. We looked up Blau and read their reviews (quickly - remember, water leaking) and then called them after hours on a weeknight. I have used Blau several times at two different houses. They are fantastic. They not only do quality work, they always take the time to review the system to ensure that any other major issues may be addressed. I have recommended them to several friends, and will do so again.
