We have used Blau for our heating and plumbing needs for over 10 years. Their office staff is always courteous, helpful and are always willing to work with us to schedule the most convenient appointment times. Today their technician Steve arrived exactly when expected to do the annual maintenance on our furnace. He explains things in an easy to understand manner for us non technical people and is always friendly and never leaves a mess behind.
Blau Plumbing did a great job on my furance and plumbing repair. They were very helpful in answering questions and concerns about the problem and fixed them professional and quickly. Very nice repair techs. Would gladly recommend them and call again when I have a plumbing or furance problem.

My recent experience with Blau was nothing short of excellent. The office was very courteous and professional, the on site representative(Mickey) was knowledgeable, efficient and also very professional. He quickly addressed the situation, offered solutions, clearly explained the costs and offered a honest recommendation. Problem solved, site cleaned. Very happy.
On the coldest day of the year so far, I discovered my water heater leaking all over the basement floor. I searched for help and found Blau's website extremely helpful and called for service. Within a few hours I had a new water heater installed by fast, friendly and knowledgeable plumbers. I was also pleased by the way my home was free of any foot traffic mess or debris from the install. Most impressive work and on a Saturday to boot!

We've been customers of Blau and Air Comfort Systems for over 20 years and they have always treated us well. We recently moved from our house of 30 years to a condo and Steve came today to do maintenance on the furnace. Since it was our first furnace maintenance on the condo, Steve took the time to go through everything with us. He wasn't in a rush and went above and beyond for this first call at the new condo. We will request Steve from now on.

Everything went well! Fast service and stayed until he found all leaks and fixed them. I would use them again if I ever need another plumber. Thank you for your help and service! Service was in Dousman, WI.
I had toilet issues the other day and needed to call Blau services, I have used them before and were always dependable professional and knowledgeable. Dave had shown up fixed my issues and did it in a timely fashion. I wouldn’t think twice about using Blau services they are a lifesaver indeed.
I came home from Christmas to find that our thermostat had failed and the pipes in two rooms had frozen and burst. Dave from Blau came out the next day and made sure two of our three zones were functioning, and worked the next two days to fix the damage, which included cutting into the wall to fix all of the pipes. Throughout the process Dave and the other Blau workers were professional and courteous. Problem was resolved.

Our wash tub faucet was stripped and stuck running water. They were able to come out the same day and replace it. The gentleman who came was very nice, and the quality of work was very good. It was expensive, but the work was done right.
