I had a positive experience with Blau plumbing. They were able to come out with little notice ad Theo was very courteous and professional. He gave explanations of what he was doing and gave me a callback regarding questions about the water shut off. (This is a condo so the answer wasn't obvious.) I'm very satisfied and would use them again.

Blau serviced our A/C and as usual did a fine job. The technician was on time and courteous. We have used Blau for many years and will continue to do so in the future for both our A/C and furnace
We needed to replace our faucet. Blau Plumbing sent Steve, who was very friendly and did a good job replacing it. We have used Blau Plumbing in the past with good results. We recommended Blau to our daughter and she was very satisfied with their service.
The serviceman Mickey was punctual, personable, polite and patient with my questions. He explained options clearly including the cost differences. He completed the plumbing and left the site cleaner than what he arrived to. I always been satisfied with Blau.

Buyer Beware: They do offer fast service but are very overpriced. I had a plumber propose a solution that wasn't even the problem, then use their hand to rip open a 4x4 hole in the ceiling (did not patch up ceiling), and fix a leaky pipe for $1,000. Strongly suggest getting other quotes.
I have used Blau quite a few times in the past and always a very positive experience. I had them at the house last week for a repair on our boiler. The plumber they sent, Theo M*** was exceptional. Very thorough, neat, and organized. Explained things well and fixed another problem I was not even aware I had. Appreciated that he called before he was coming and stayed within the time frame of his estimate.
Excellent service! Blau does a great job assessing the problem, coming up with a solution, and getting the problem fixed. Blau is very upfront with costs for the solution and put it in writing before starting the job. Blau employees are very clean and careful when working in the house. Always pressed white shirts when they arrive and boot covers when in the house. Blau is #1 on my list for any plumbing related repairs. Blau plumbing and heating is a great company. They show up on time and do quality work. I was very happy with the work they did on my furnace and air conditioner. I will call them for all my needs in the future.
