We had a plumbing issue and no water! Blau was quick to answer my call and set up the time frame for resolve. They called back when the driver was on the way. The problem was diagnosed and solved with satisfaction. Everyone was friendly and professional at every step. I would call them again.
I was very happy with the service from Blau Plumbing. I called with a kitchen sink issue late Friday, and they scheduled the repair for first thing Saturday morning. The plumber who repaired our issue was very polite, neat and informative. Blau will be our go-to next time we have a plumbing issue.

I had a really bad experience with Blau Plumbing. From the very start, with a grumpy, condescending plumber at my door trying to upsell a new water main valve (that wasn't why they were called) who didn't repair my toilet properly, to contacting the Blau Office and being told that I needed to submit my dissatisfaction by email and allow "2 weeks" for a response, and finally being sent to collections before I had final resolve with Mr. Blau, I'm amazed that a business run like this can still be in business. After having a different company unsuccessfully snake my basement drain, Blau was at my house in a few hours later. The technicians, Chuck and Dillon were excellent, very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Corrected the problem in about an hour at a reasonable price. Thank you!

I ALWAYS receive excellent customer service from your office staff for setting appointments, confirming them and followup. Also I like the reminder to make an appointment seasonally. All techs have been great. Most recently Theo has been here and is very polite, willing to explain things to me. He is on time and seems to work efficiently. We feel very comfortable using your company for heating and cooling needs. Thank you.

Blau did repair on a faulty air conditioning unit in August 2018. The service was quick and the repairman was knowledgeable and courteous. I recommend them and will use them in the future, if needed.

I have been a Blau customer for over 25 years. They are knowledgeable, prompt, polite, and professional. We have a root problem that they have been servicing for us. The technicians are wonderful. They are always friendly, competent, and on time. When I have emergencies or a back up due to roots, they are always available. We had our yearly root treatment today and everything went smoothly as usual. Thank you Kyle and Robbie. Thank you Blau. I don't know where I would be without you!
