Timely service, shared knowledge, had the right equipment. Did a very good job.
Have only lived in the area for a year but have used Blau for all of our plumbing needs and very pleased with their service and professionalism. Kyle had an apprentice with him and made sure the job was done properly while still making sure the apprentice learned as well as me. Highly recommend Blau for all your plumbing needs.
Extremely pleased and grateful for Blau. They inherited me from Air Comfort Systems which had sold me my furnace. This week Blau rescheduled my planned "tune-up" appointment for three days earlier when the thermostat died, to make a same-day appointment without charging any "emergency rate" even though it was now an emergency to me. Dave, the technician, was very helpful with information as well as installing the new thermostat and tuning up and reporting on the furnace. Great service. My problem was fixed within hours of calling and at a good price.
After a service technician from a different company ( Alpine Plumbing) came to my house to assess my water heater, they left me with a non-working water heater and said they would charge me time an a half to fix it on the weekend or wait until next Tuesday. And charged a $126 trip charge!!! I called Blau and they were kind and helpful and sent a technician right away. Excellent service. I have used them for heating maintenance and repair for many years. They continue to provide the best service.
Buyer beware: The kitchen faucet was leaking due an old garbage disposal. He was here to assess, quote, and replace the disposal (which I supplied) in about 45 minutes. They charged me $416, that's $564.67/hr for service only!!! The plumber was professional and effective though, hence the the single star. I received a follow up call the next day to see if it was done to my satisfaction, and when asked about the price gauge the customer service person just thanked me for the feedback but offered no explanation.
