They came out(charge for the drive out OK)sign ***** form then they want a CC number, all this eating up the 1hr charge to diagnous the problem, it leaked but what was is that was leaking?(*** volume control for well tank)(I had to tell them) they had no clue, they called mr **** still no ****** thats 1 hour ,Still no clue then the "charge every 15 minutes start" still no clue I had my laptop and found the part 20.00 part and 600.00 later its fixed, I had a 5.00 coupon but it was to late as they allready billed me. Excellent company. Technician was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Had a emergency snaking needed , called on Saturday morning and had a tech show up by mid-afternoon. Price was in line with quality of service.
Yesterday I set up an appointment via text chat to have Blau quote a plumbing rough-in for our basement bath/kitchen. Even with a $39trip fee and $30 per 15min charge I was very excited because of the reputation and ease at which the apptmt was made and looking forward to getting this project started. I was told to expect a 9a-12p arrival.
