Blau has been to our house for many different projects over the years and we have always had a good experience. The technicians are highly skilled professionals and the service is always top notch. Once again, Theo did a fine job for us.
Brett did an awesome job. Explained in detail the work he would perform. Took the time to make sure he wouldn't track snow into the house. Didn't rush through the job. Called for main water shut off valve replacement. Theo did a fantastic job working to do the task efficiently and core . He was extremely knowledgeable. He also has outstanding customer service skills and explained everything from what was going to be done , and walked through the pricing . very satisfied with the craftsmanship.

Brett was at my home on November 10th to manage the tree roots in the front of my home. This is a once a year application so that the roots do not take over the sewer pipes and cause plumbing problems along down the road. He was very polite, very knowledgeable and left no mess what so ever. The directions following the application were simple and easy to understand.
