They came to my home to clear my main sewer drain ultimately after about an hour and $500 later the tech told me my pipes were broken and wanted me to call a contractor friend to fix the pipes. I thought better of it and had an another company clear the problem. I complained to Blau and wrote a letter with an invoice from the other plumbing establishment to prove my pipes were not broken. I was hoping to get some sort of credit for their error in their professional judgement.. No word back from Blau or credit after 2 months.... read more
Kyle did a perfect job on my sump pump install
recently interacted with the receptionist, *****, regarding some issues with our commercial water heater. While I appreciate her assistance, I found the experience frustrating. ***** informed us about invoicing charges and the unavailability of a technician for diagnosis without upfront credit card information. This process felt uncertain and inconvenient. I hope the company can improve transparency and accessibility for its services.
