Nate was AWESOME! Would highly recommend. I had a plumber come out 3 weeks ago & he didn’t resolve the issue. So for the past 21 days I’ve had constant water/sewer backing up in my basement. Called these guys, they sent Nate, and he was amazing!! ?? He not old explained what he was doing, but understood my needs & performed the maintenance needed even better than I could be asked for! I’m so happy!!

Cass did a wonderful job. He listened to us and explained what could be the problem and the steps he would take to try to fix the problem. He worked quickly and efficiently and he did fix the problem. I'll definitely be requesting Cass from Blau Plumbing for my future needs
Blau installed a new water heater in my home in 2020. The water heater failed in 2024, was under warranty from the manufacture, so no cost to them to replace. Blau came out to replace it, noting it would be a very simple replacement since only 2 couplings needed to be replaced along with the new water heater. They charged me $1200.00 for two hours of work that all other respectable and responsible companies would have charged between $160 and $200 per hour.
