This past Sunday we woke up to waste water in our basement coming up through the floor drain. I am so glad Blau has people who work on Sundays, because we needed help right away. Kyle showed up and went right to work and got our drains flowing properly quite quickly. I expected him to be good at his job, however, what made things even better was Kyle is friendly, answered all our questions, and was careful to keep our home clean under such sloppy haphazard conditions. Saturday evening and both kitchen sinks plugged. Kyle arrived not long after talking to him on the phone. He assessed the situation and got right to work. He addressed an issue in the master bath which he solved immediately. Blau was absolutely right in getting him into their apprenticeship. He did excellent work and cleaned up when finished. I would most certainly recommend Blau plumbing and Kyle if available!
We accidentally flushed a disposable bowl brush pad, and it got stuck. The plumber arrived quickly, and removed the clog. He also spent some extra time making sure there was no problem farther down the line. Very professional and reasonably priced. Thanks again!
