For the past couple of days my furnace had been acting up in the cold weather and finally quit altogether. I called Blau Plumbing and Heating last night and was quite pleased to learn they could send a technician over this morning. The technician arrived early and was very understanding and professional. Our water heater started leaking this morning after showers, and a load of laundry. I called Blau at 7:00 a.m. to place a service call. The technician arrived 1/2 hour earlier than what was quoted for time of house call, which was great for me. The gentleman looked at the water heater, and said it needed to be replaced. Had a main sewer line issue. Contacted Blau in the evening, set up an appointment for the next day. Technician was great! they fixed the issue and showed me what the problem was. I would definitely recommend and use the if the need arose in the future.

My hot water heater went out on Monday 12-11-17, I called two pluming companies that I have done business with in the past and they both told me that they couldn't give me service until the end of the week,I called Blau Plumbing and not only did they send someone out the same evening and installed a new water heater the next morning at 730 AM they went out of their way to work around my schedule so I could keep my appointments

The pipe leading into my water heater was leaking. I called at 7 AM, and help arrived at 8. The problem was diagnosed, price quoted, and repairs made within the hour. The service was prompt and professional.

We had a problem with a clogged basement drain..kyle from Blau arrived same day, explained how he would resolve the problem and efficiently completed the job in about an hour..This was our first experience with Blau, and were very satisfied.

Used Blau for many yrs. They always give me options to repair not like other companies that just tell u to replace. They actually try to repair problem. Always been very happy with service and staff very professional

Today was the first time I've used Blau Plumbing, but it won't be the last. Even though my problem wasn't a real emergency, they had someone out only a couple hours after my request. After checking out my problem, the plumber explained the problem to me, called someone who brought out the needed parts in less than 30 minutes. The work was done quickly, the plumbers were friendly, and I'm glad my toilets are all working again!

On 11/17/17 my wife called Blau to come to our house to unclog the sewer which was backing up in our basement. They were very prompt and had the problem resolved in less than 1 hour. We have relied on Blau for almost 30 years and never had a reason to complain.
