Keith was very professional and did an excellent job.
I called Blau due to a plugged home downspout.. They came the next day and did a great quick job of cleaning out the downspout and black tubing .. Their plumber and his assistant were professional and took action to unclog this problem. They also suggested best way to keep the gutter opening protected from further leave and debris from reclogging. I would recommend Blau for prompt response and resolution of issues. Very professional and very respectful.
First, we have used Blau in the past, they are speedy, reliable, friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable and we are very pleased with their work. We had a toilet issue, we called and received service within 30 minutes. Our tech explained the problem and completed the work within 20-30 minutes. We highly recommend Blau.
My basement drain backed up so called Blau Plumbing. I got their name/number off Google. I was very pleased with their $19 .98 service call. They were very responsive and sent someone quickly. His name was Dillon. Very pleasant and competent. Clear my drains out to the street quickly and with no mess. Would recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

We had a kitchen sink leak. We called Blau Plumbing in the morning and within an hour a repairman named Mickey showed up and repaired the leak. We have had other jobs done by Blau Plumbing and have been completely satisfied that we continue to use and will continue to use Blau Plumbing. I can't express enough the confidence we have in Blau Plumbing and have strongly recommended them to family and friends.
Very pleased with experience with Blau Sudden Service. Technician was ahead of scheduled time, explained problem with water heater, answered questions.
