Our water heater stopped working. We call Blau Plumbing and they said they would come out that day and gave a time. They were right on time and gave us a price and said it would be in that afternoon. A new one was installed that day. The price was as stated. Steve the plumber was very polite and did a great job. He left the area neat everything looked great. We are very happy with the whole job. This is the second water heater they put in. The last one lasted 34 years.
Woke up to no hot water at 6:30 a.m. - our water heater was dead. Called Blau Plumbing around 9am, the sales rep had me send a few pictures of our current water heater and vents, who then gave me an estimate over the phone and told me they could have a new water heater put in by the afternoon. I'm extremely pleased with the experience I had with Blau Plumbing today. At 2:00pm I had a new range delivered by a major home improvement store. The delivery men were unable to disconnect my old range and connect my new range because the gas shutoff valve at the wall would not turn off. At 2:20pm I called Blau and was promised a service person would arrive by 7:00pm. Thank you Blau Plumbing Inc. for being so efficient in solving the problem with an upstairs toilet. I received information regarding Blau Plumbing Inc. on Wednesday. Wednesday afternoon I received a phone call confirming that a technician would be out on Thursday from 8:00 to 10:00. We had a good experience with Blau recently. We needed our furnace checked out and David with Blau was professional and completed the job in a timely fashion. He also checked out some other issues we have and he gave us detailed estimates. We were happy with their service.
