THE PLUMBER ARRIVED AND ESTIMATED THE BILL AND EXPLAINED WHAT HE WOULD DO. AND AFTER I SIGNED CONTRACT WENT TO WORK . HE WAS FAST AS HE WAS EXPERIENCED AND LEFT NO MESS I CALL IT AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

Blau came out to unclog basement drain. Plumber informed me that my sump pump wasn't working and new one could be installed for $650. After installation, pump thumped so badly, couch shook. They came back and installed silencer for $225. Complained that $875 seemed excessive for job that took less than an hour and less than $150 in parts. Was refunded $100 for being a repeat customer. SHOULD HAVE SHOPPED AROUND!
On a scale of 1 to 10 would rate as a 20. Fantastic service. Friendly, clean, experienced technician. They kept us in the loop as to what was going on the whole time. I know have e a fantastic new furnance. Would recommend them to everyone.

I called Blau on 6-7-2017 for the repair of my son's toilet - it didn't flush. He had a contract with a home warranty company who he called/contacted Sunday, June 4. They came out on Monday without tools and looked at the toilet and said it was a Mansfield and they would have to order parts. They had not called back to reschedule as of today. Good experience. The plumber showed up on time and got to work right away. He was done quickly and efficiently. He even cleaned up after himself.
It was a relief to see the Blau truck arrive on time. The two young men (one trainee) did a great job in bringing in their equipment and getting the job done quickly.

This company sent a great technician to fix my bathroom tub on a Saturday afternoon. Kyle was professional -honest and was great with my dog! The representative that dispatched my call had great customer service skills and alerted me when the plumber (Kyle) was on his way to my home.
