This is the second time I have used Blau for my home. Both times, I have experienced professional, expert and quality service. They are on time, and their technicians truly care about the work they do. They are hones and very reliable, which is why I will continue using them for my home.

I couldn't be happier with the service Blau provided. We had an emergency situation and I had called four other businesses only to be told my wait for service would have to wait between one and three days. But Blau was at my home in about an hour. The service man was professional, polite, and fixed the problem very quickly.

Our sewer backed up into our basement on a Friday night. I called Blau Plumbing based on a recommendation from a neighbor that had used them in the past. They said they could come Saturday morning, however that did not work for me so she put me on hold and came back and said someone would be there the same night. Within 1.5 hours Kyle came. He was very personable and very easy to talk to. He fixed it within 1 hour. This was our first time using Blau plumbing and I was very impressed!

I was looking to replace my old hot water heater. I wanted only an American made heater so I made calls to several companies. Jim Blau was the first to return my call so I took a chance with Blau Plumbing, Inc, ***** * ******** ******* ********** ********** I was able to schedule an appointment the very next day. Excellent service and response time. <g class="gr_ gr_6 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar multiReplace" id="6" data-gr-id="6">Sump</g> pump wouldn't stop running called them at a 7:00 a.m. and they were here and done with required work by 9:30 a.m. David was very professional and helpful explaining what was going to be being done. Would use them again when needed.

The individual that came to our house was professional and was able to get the job complete. My only concern was the pricing. It did not take long to diagnose but I thought the cost was high even for it being on Saturday.

I called Blau at 10:00 a.m. on a Friday after discovering our furnace was blowing only cold air. They were able to send service within the hour and the technician did a good job of diagnosing the problem and explaining what needed to be done. They were able to look up information for my address from the previous homeowner which was helpful and I was able to apply a coupon from the website.
