A fast,easy solution to a potential problem. A few hours before guests were coming to our house for dinner, our kitchen sink would not drain.I made the call to Blau and within 2 hours a service man was there and solved the problem. He was friendly, efficient and cleaned the area before he left

We had contacted Blau for a new toilet installation, and they were able to install within a week or so of the initial request. We had a little issue with the bowl, but Blau worked quickly to resolve the issue. The technicians were polite and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend and will be using them in the future.

4/1/17 (Yes, April Fool's Day) - I contacted Blau because my basement drain was backing up.The customer service representative was very friendly and found my account and acknowledged that I had been a customer since 1980's. I received a call the same day confirming that KYLE would be arriving as requested. - the same day. Kyle was friendly, and very thorough solving my "clogged drain" and clean up was completed. I am completelly satisfied and HIGHLY recommend BLAU Pluming !!! Thank You -BLAU.

We needed help on the weekend with a backed up sink drain. The company we had used in the past gave us a very expensive quote for the work. We called Blau. The worker who came to the house was very personable. He worked fast, fixed the problem and was really nice the whole time. In the end the work cost half what the other company had estimated. We are very satisfied and now the team from Blau has a new loyal customer.

We have used Blau twice in the last 6 months and we were very satisfied both times. On the first visit we called on a Friday afternoon late and the plumber arrived at 7 p.m. and was out by 7:30 p.m. On both visits the men were professional, knowledgeable and fast. We would definitely recommend them to others.
