We are consistently very satisfied with the service Blau offers. We used Air Comfort Systems for many years before they sold the business to Blau. The transition was seamless, and we are very pleased with the service they provide for our furnaces, air conditioners and now for a bathroom sink issue. The technicians Blau sends are always knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.
During my Thanksgiving preparations my kitchen sink backed up, I was frantic. I called Blau and as promised a technician arrived at my home within an hour. Kyle was very professional and personable. He was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood what he would be doing. After completing the job to my satisfaction he even cleaned up the work area. I would highly recommend their services.
In preparation for the sale of our home in Muskego, we needed a well inspection and water test by an approved inspector. Called Blau and they set us up quickly for the procedure with their company president! Jim B*** was gracious, on time, personable, and efficient in his work. Need work done on a backup on our toilet. Tried to free up the clog in the line to the basement but could not get it to run freely. Called the Company on a Saturday to set up something during the week and found out that weekend rates did not apply on a Saturday and they had time to come out that day to fix it. The rate quoted was the final rate. Was happy with the service and the individuals who worked on the job. Would recommend to other.
Have used Blau for several years and have always been happy with the service. They are responsive and thorough. The technician was friendly and well prepared. Pricing was upfront and they even explained how to use the equipment. I was very pleased and would recommend them.
We are very happy with the service provided by Blau Plumbing. We had a hot water heater replaced. The service neck was knowledgable and skilled, cheerful and courteous. the work done was to notch! Thank you Blau!

Super company, super people, super service!! Have used 4 times since April. New furnace, new water heater, new well pump. Plus Had a cracked well sleeve and the owner came to my home and looked at it. Called me that same day and said he had someone to come out next day. They went out of their way to make things right. We have used Blau several times over the years for boiler, and hot water heater replacements, along with other minor repairs and services. They are always very courteous and professional. We never feel pressured to buy anything or have any work done. Theo is good at explaining what needs to be done and why in simple terms.
