If I could give my experience with Dpatrick Ford Lincoln 0 stars I absolutely would. I came in on Monday the 16th of November for a coolant leak. They repaired the hose, allegedly and it only cost me $325. Awesome, I know! The next day Tuesday the 17th of November it’s leaking again. I call in and speak with Lisa. She was very apologetic and told me to bring it in and they would take care of it right away. I was called and told that a fitting had backed out and that was the reason for the leak. ZERO STARS., but google won't let me...one of the most unethical dealerships I have ever tried to do business with. That says a lot being that it's the car business. I found a car online because that's what people do nowadays. I got in contact with a salesperson. He pulled the car, look at it and said it was LIKE NEW, I have documentation of our conversation as proof. It only had 2,000 miles on it.
