The Service Department was accurate, fair and very responsive, I will use them again.
I've been leasing Ford's for the last 10 years. Bill Brown is the best I've dealt with. Tony Juncaj was awesome. He went out of his way to find me exactly what i wanted. I live in sterling heights, but will gladly drive the extra miles to Bill Brown. Family owned, they make you feel like you matter.
My salesman of many many years moved here to Bill Brown a couple years ago, so it has been probably 20 yrs since I’ve gotten a car from here. Back then, I had a bad experience with a salesman, so that was the reason I left and went somewhere else. Now that Rusty Karr is here at Bill Brown, I ordered a new 2018 F-150 and the process was great. I love their area where cars are displayed to test drive and for customers to pick up their new cars. So thank you Rusty Karr for all you have done for me, my family and my friends!!
I had a great experience . i almost went to lincoln dealer but opted to go to bill brown ford because they opened a half hour earlier. I got right in . out with in 35 min. well satified.
Worst service department I’ve ever dealt with. Had my F250 in for a fuel tank replacement under warranty. New fuel tank doesn’t fill properly, I can’t fill it anywhere near full on at the pumps. Dealer tells me this is normal and refuses to even do anything other than do a “visual inspection.”
Rick Williams has provided my family with exceptional service for many years. He is the reason we continue to lease and buy Ford vehicles from Bill Brown.
would recommend having an appointment it saved alot of time. i did feel that $300 to fix a slight loose tie rod was unwarrented when having a oil change and tire rotation.
