I bought my 2018 Ford Raptor Ruby Red from Bill Brown Ford and they treated me like a Queen. I love my new Raptor. My last Ford lasted me 19 years and getting a new vehicle was not easy. Sales agent Al in Livonia on Plymouth road ,was great had all paper work and auto ready when I arrived. He searched Fords database to locate the car with the color and all of the things I requested . I have previously spent a whole day buying a car but this time was within a hour and more time was spent on Al helping me learn about the great features of my car. After being pushed around and ignored by several dealerships, I called BBF and talked to Stan. One call and I was able to get what I wanted which was a 2018 F-150. Stan was amazing! He did not push me to add this or that. Taking delivery of my truck was seamless compared to the hours I would have to sit around and wait at my previous dealer.
