RecommendedI have had my F350 truck at Randy Marion twice. Once for warranty work and once for service since it is new. I am very impressed with Nick in the service Dept. He is very polite and explains things very thoroughly. Service Dept did outstanding work. Would highly recommend Randy Marion Ford service Dept.

I purchased the 2018 Ford Mustang on September 26 2020 for 32,738. At that time, I still owe 4,708 on my Toyota Camry. The dealer said they will send the check to payoff my Camry and I will have to pay 37,446 for the 2018 Mustang. I agreed because that way I will only have to pay for 1 car. However, on November 12 and I called the bank that holds the title for the Camry and they said they haven’t received the check from Carlsbad Ford. I'm literally afraid to bring my vehicle back to this particular dealer. I brought my 2014 KIA Soul in for a recall to update the computer for the Knock detector sensor, and literally 36 hours after it was serviced for the recall, the knock detector sensor went out. It went into Limp mode and I had to take the vehicle back in. They then tried to tell me it was going to cost upwards of $700 to fix the issue. I was mortified. Horribly disorganized.Had two vehicles that were "sold from underneath the salesman " prior to our appointment, which caused a scramble and debate on getting a comparable car. Had already filled out the Ford Motor credit application online, and then had to do a second one for a credit union because the applications couldn't be joined. The finance manager moved us out very quickly though. I assumed that a dealership in Bellevue would have the process more dialed in.
