Very very disappointed, bought the truck and it was delivered with issues from the start not even sure how it made it past the pre-delivery inspection the dealer is “supposed to do”.......my 2017 F250 has been in and out of service for over 60 days since I purchased it and still having some of the same problems and a few new ones I have called and left messages and sent emails to the service manager with no call back (took me two weeks to finally schedule its first oil changed and they returned the truck with oil hand prints... read more

I just read many reviews of various customers. My daughter and I have used about every dept over there. Car purchase,leasing,purchasing extended warranty, oil change, minor and really major car repair and even the shuttle services. Was it all perfect, no, but I cannot say enough about the effort they extended to always make it right in the end. We had a recent experience in the service dept for major transmission work. Bill Brown Ford was fantastic! I purchased a new tire from them due to “Pot Hole” damage. Prior I went to a large tire store first and was told I needed a new rim as well as a tire. I got a second opinion from Bill Brown Ford’s Quick Lane Service said the tire damage was apparent (torn sidewall), but the rim was perfect! They saved me Hundred’s of $$$ & they price matched the tire and charged me less than if I went to the other name brand tire store! Great service visit this last Monday, ran about a half hour late with an appointment. I am surprised the mechanic and the porter missed the fact that the driver's side windshield wiper had fallen apart; I had forgot to mention it when I checked in and had gotten worse after the complimentary car wash. Missed opportunity to sell me some new blades, I would have happily paid to have them replaced. May want to remind your guys to look for things like that. This is not at all a negative review
