I brought my son's car in for "the Works." I had confused the appointment time and arrived a couple hours early but was accommodated right away. The staff was very professional and courteous. I appreciated the accommodation. I'd also expressed some concern about one of the tires and they checked it out without any hassle. The work was done very well. The atmosphere in the waiting room was pleasant. I will definitely return and will recommend this place to others.

Completely Dissatisfied. Brought my truck into your truck shop, only about 20k miles. They told be it couldn't be covered under the warranty. I took it to another dealer, they fixed my truck under warranty with no question. I'LL NEVER COME BACK TO YOUR LIEING HACK MECHANICS EVER AGAIN. I MIGHT EVEN NEVER BUY ANOTHER FORD IF THIS IS HOW YOU HANDLE LOYAL CUSTOMERS. I may even be contacting Ford headquarters because this is complete BS. Never again Bill Brown, NEVER AGAIN!!
This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. We spent a total of a little over an hour at the dealership to trade in our old vehicle and leave with a lease on a new Ford Escape. Luke was great, everything went super smooth, definitely recommend.
John Kraus did a good job and even delivered it to me Downriver to Wyandotte. That was a big help with the app and then synced all my devices.
I purchased my Escape from Bill Brown and have taken it only there for maintenance . I appreciate the service from front desk to technicians to support staff. I am glad we can now make appointments which speeds wait time a lot.
