I have leased two cars from Bill Brown , the serve was good. What I would like to see is a diverse blend of people working there.
Visited quick lane and Dennis was very grumpy, not helpful at all. This is my second time visting this dealer and the interaction was terrible. Customer service is not a focus here. Dennis didn't show interest in my problem and didn't care to give me a solution. And it showed smh. I will go to Jack Demmer or North Brothers
My husband scheduled a service appointment online detailing what needed done to our Escape ( which was purchased from this dealer and has been taken there numerous times for routine service). We arrive at the chosen time only to be turned away and told " we don't do that here any more". Really? There are huge signs everywhere saying "parts" and "service"!
