I recently purchased a new 2018 Ford Expedition at Bill Brown Ford. This is probably the 10 or 11th Ford car I have purchased or leased. I have to say that Frank Succurro made this the best new car purchasing experience I have ever had. He was extremely professional and had all of the paperwork ready to sign upon my arrival. I dropped in on Tuesday afternoon to see if I could schedule an appointment to have three things fixed, one of which was a recall on my 2017 Fusion. They were able to fix all three things in less than an hour. My car went from Quick Lane to the regular service department. Everyone was most helpful and friendly, even the women at the desk.
