Just purchased our new vehicle a couple weeks ago and it was the easiest, quickest and most enjoyable experience we have ever had with a dealership. Disappointed a little that it took longer than what I was quoted for the repair. Unhappy somewhat with the touch up scratch that I asked to be touched up. Everybody was very personable & knowledgeable in fixing my car.
Brought my car in to get an oil change. Was told it would be a 4 hour wait. After 4 hours I was told it would be another hour or so. For this to be called quick lane is a joke. Ended up taking my car somewhere else and will never return to Bill Brown ford.
Rick Williams always gets me what I want for as close of a price I ask for as possible! Gets me all the rebates and tells me which deals are good and when to wait.
Dont try to get an oil change here fast lane not so fast service not so fast make an appoiment set it up for 8 am well maybe they,ll look by that afternoon but there short poeple there 3 cars ahead of you it just doesn,t stop good luck it left my time is busy and ive got thing to do to .
