I had some warranty work done on my 2013 Escape, and they did an excellent job. Unfortunately, the shield on the underbelly came loose. The serviceman Joe Schutte made it a point that I was a very satisfied customer and persisted until it was fixed properly. Thank you so much! Joe is always kind, professional and considerate. To the engineers: Remove the shield from the designs, it is unnecessary and is a hazard!

My experience with leasing vehicles at Bill Brown Ford has been pleasant and not stressful. I also have my routine maintenance done at the Quick Lane facility there. In regard to the Quick Lane experience, I think they do a nice job in explaining the status of the vehicle and timing of what needs attention. However, I do feel that every time I have been there that the staff is in a bad mood and not very welcoming until it is time to pay and leave.
