RecommendedWe’ve dealt with Bill Brown Ford for well over 20 years. Rick Vaughn is a top notch salesman and Martin is the Rick Vaughn of Service. Our last encounter was taking our 9 year old car in for regular maintenance. We had to return for a slight problem and were well taken care of. They gave us a loaner for the inconvenience and prompt calls with updates. Can’t say enough about BBF.
our sales person Luke was best but we hated the fusion, worst car I ever drove ! left my wife on freeway broken down because of a malfunction in the motor, however they repaired it quickly, we just did like the way it handled never again will we buy a new fusion! piece of junk!!!

Bill Brown Ford is the best Ford Service I've interacted with. I've been to others in the area and they don't compare. I've had great experiences with James Wilder and Martin Duda dealing with my 2016 Ford Focus. Communication has been great, as well as service. They are the only Ford dealership I have gone to that gives you a complimentary loaner vehicle which is very crucial for me while my car is being worked on. They also wash your vehicle and just overall make you feel really taken care of. Thanks guys!!!
