The service dept has not fixed my transmission problem after 5 visits! I am unhappy that they have not resolved this issue! I was told to bring it right in while the issue was reoccurring and they didn't have a person available to test the car and they didn't have a loaner available to give me while in shop on the spot. I regret purchasing this car.

I had phenomenal service from Bill Brown Ford to get into my 2019 Ford Escape last night! My sales person was John DesOrmeau and he never gave up on me. He was kind and helpful for coming in on my own and only wanted this to work for me. I left my salesperson of two other leases to come her because of how uncomfortable I was with them and it was the best decision.
