Their service department is subpar AT BEST. This is the second time I’ve taken my car here and am left with a bad taste. First, was negligent employees overlooking low tires and bad brakes and now today, my car was taken in to have a recall checked (the airbags) and now all of the sudden my center console is without power? Bill Brown Ford is hands down the best dealership I’ve ever worked with. I was able to get out of my old lease and into a new one within a matter of a week. Special thanks to Rusty Karr for being so helpful and kind through it all, I cannot stress enough how awesome he is. Everyone is polite and informative. Worst service experience I ever had at a Ford dealership. It’s an absolute waste of time to make an appointment. I made a 7 o’clock appointment, was told that they did not know when they could get to my car and appointment only means you get to go ahead of the walkins.
