I had the most enjoyable experience with Lehighton Ford! They turned an extremely frustrating and stressful time into one that I enjoyed. I have never had a team fight for me the way these guys did! Kim, Bo, Gary, & Mike are amazing and made something happen for me that no other dealership could. They were quick but thorough and extremely understanding! I would recommend Lehighton Ford to anyone! Truly dedicated staff going beyond to help our community!

There service was not only great, but they where helpful as well! They went out of there way to get me the best possible price and explained things for future reference. We had an awful experience on February 12, 2021. John Riley was the sales man “helping” us. Not only did he refuse to give us the time of day, but he was also very rude to us. We went in looking for a vehicle with a third row. As we went to test drive an Explorer (he really didn’t want to let us), we were told we can go down the street and immediately back. Took my truck to Eby Ford on Monday February 8th. Talked to Troy Dzialak on the phone prior to taking my truck in. Upon arrival they hurried up and got my truck checked in, and gave me a ride back to work. They had the issue on my truck resolved in under an hour! Troy and Jason Bures went above and beyond expectations. I’ve used the same mechanic shop for all my repair needs, I will no longer go anywhere besides eby Ford in Goshen. I HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle there for all your service needs!! 10 out of 10!!!

Had my truck in the body shop for a bunch of work after hitting a deer. The tech(s) did great work and went out of their way on many things that didnt go unnoticed. Hopefully the work lasts but as for its current state Im very pleased. As particular as i am about my vehicles i will forsure be going back for any shop needs in the future.
