I have had my car in the shop a total of ten times maybe more since I purchased it in Jan 2020!! Right now it’s having engine issues and in beyond overwhelming!! I’m stuck with this car that had the mirrors glued on when I brought it I paid over 13000 for my vehicle!! And I still have not received a title!! The bank said they never recieved it!! I purchased a used Ford Escape on Saturday. Larry was extremely helpful. Not pushy and kept checking on me as the dealership was extremely busy and I had to wait for a longer than expected time period to complete the transaction. Would highly recommend.
