I make a 45 minute drive to Bill Brown in Livonia for any necessary service and maintenance. There are other Ford Dealerships closer to my home, but Bill Brown is by far the best. I've been taking my Focus there since I bought it in 2011. It, like all the other Focuses made that year are complete lemons. I'm always pleasant but I've never met such unpleasant rude people in their service department. Every. Single. Time. Maybe they dont like women, or maybe this time they were unpleasant because I had to bring my toddler son with me. Still dont recommend!!!
My purchase experience was easy and fast. My questions were all answered and I love the car. This is the third car I have purchased at Bill Brown Ford. I also use the Fast Lane service and have been pleased with this department as well
