Don’t know what the problem is but they had my truck for a month and a half and never even touched it. We pulled the truck because this truck is our livelihood The truck of course broke down costing me 500 for a tow. Now they are screening my phone calls and not answering unless I call from a number they don’t know. Their is no sense of urgency from the employees I guess no matter what they get paid right. When I was looking for a new car I came across a 2014 Ford Fiesta that immediately caught my eye. Two days later I drove it off the lot and it was one of the best purchases I ever made.
My family has been leasing cars here for years. With my past lease, I purchased wear guard for it. Upon return of the vehicle I was hit with a bill right around the holidays for damages that my salesman assured me would be covered. I spoke to him about and he told me not to pay the bill. That’s so easy for him to say seeing as its not affecting him whatsoever. I am now the one being punished for the salesman’s lack of knowledge. I will never purchase another vehicle from here again.
