worst customer service my daughtrt purchased a certified car and with a warranty and 4 months later the cars computer went out my daughter contacted the sales man and he told her nothing they can do and make sure to keep up with her payments thats is the kind of responce you get from shady people
I scheduled transmission work over three weeks in advance and took several days off of work because I would be without a car. Halfway through the first day I was told that they would be unable to complete the work due to scheduling mistakes by the service department. The work isn't urgent and could be scheduled any time, but I set aside three days out of my week this week, only to get bumped out several weeks by their total scheduling screwup.
