They gave me a loaner vehicle so that I could get to and from work and home while they took care of my vehicle. Martin was very helpful, polite, professional and willing to accommodate circumstances. Had our Focus in for the transmission issue that seems to be common with our year. Had a 10:00 am appointment; we were greeted as soon as we arrived. The technical advisor was knowledgeable and courteous. Problem was addressed and we had our car back by 3:30pm. shifts great! Can't even feel it shift between 1st and 2nd. Good job and fast service!
I brought my flex in for a rear seat repair under warranty.. The service advisor inspected the issue, took some photos, and ordered the part. I kept my car because the part was on backorder. He called me the following week and they took care of the repair in a timely manner. No hassle, free shuttle ride home for my wife and pickup when the car was done.
