I had my vehicle in for electrical issues and warning lights that were intermittently coming on. I was a walk-in, but still got my vehicle checked in and a ride home in less than 30 minutes. The service advisor was great at keeping me informed of what was happening with my car. The car was done at the projected time and delivered clean and ready to roll. I bought my 2014 Escape at Bill Brown. I use Quik Lane for oil changes, etc. They are honest when it comes to recommending repairs. I appreciate the Works package, oil change, tire check, etc. Everyone I have dealt with there has been professional, friendly and efficient.
It’s all about the ease for me. I lease, and have been leasing because I want no hassles. My salesman, Keith Jewell, knows what I’m looking for, emails or texts what the deals are and we go from there. Walk in, sign the necessary paperwork and I’m on my way. Incidentally, kudos to the service department for changing out my bed cover so quickly and the repair on my other truck.
My wife just leased a new Edge and we not only felt we had a fair and reasonable price but our sales person, Rick Williams, went out of his way to explain all of the features on the vehicle including helping set up some of the Synch features. We would highly recommend Rick and the Bill Brown group.
