RecommendedI DO NOT recommend this dealership at all!!! Horrible customer service, especially from their body shop!!! Been trying for a month to resolve an issue. They are rude and condescending. Have caused my husband and I great stress and anxiety. Makes me sad because my grandfather was a very loyal customer and I know several people employed here.
I took my Fusion into the body shop for repair. Customer service was excellent, from the front desk to the estimater. The body shop repaired the car quicker than the estimated time, which was nice as I had a rental car, and it was finished on a Friday. I would like to say a big thank you to the body shop workers who made this possible. The quality of the repair (damaged front end) was flawless, it looks like new! I would also say thank you to the porter who washed and cleaned the car. Thanks !

The work done by the service department is good. The problem is the paperwork. I made an appointment so I could get in and out relatively quickly. It is sickening when you are sitting there waiting for your car and you see it returned to the lot washed and after 10 minutes you still haven't been called up to get your car. So after waiting 10 minutes I get in the service line so I can get my car. When I was waited on, I told the guy I saw that my car was done. He checks me out and tells me where to find my car. I had phenomenal service! John Krause really work HARD to make sure that I got the best deal possible! He worked over a month to make sure I was happy, and when it came down to “time to sign,” he had everything ready and we were done within 30 minutes. Great service, great people! Highly recommend!!

Our experiences at Bill Brown Ford have always been good. Our sales person, Vita, is the best! We honestly look forward to returning our lease cars so we can visit with her! Anytime we have needed Bill Brown Ford ( trade-ins, purchasing, leasing, recall issues, repairs...) they have handled our needs efficiently and in a timely manner. We have been customers for years and have sent many of our friends and family to them.
Service department is very horrible, their agents are very rude, disrespectful, arrogant and some idiots. I'm a very unhappy customer, I was treated unfairly and they did not fix my vehicle like they said they did after they put it on the paper telling me it was fix. They tried to charge me twice for the same issue but more money. So thank to Sean, Jason & Mike. Will never come back to your service department again. �
