I mean that I actually loved it. We came into the dealership knowing what we wanted. The salesman Jeff Muntean couldn’t have been more helpful. I love Bill Brown Ford. They are great and Ralph Vieu was a great salesman. I got exactly what I wanted and they worked with me to stay within my budget. I have taken my F-150 in for routine maintenance and the service was fantastic. Such a great experience! It's a year later and I am still in love with my truck!
I have leased an Escape two years ago and a F150 last month. Both times were pleasant experiences. Jeff M. is our sales guy and he is great to work with. My only complaint is that the process took too long. When I leased the truck, I was there two hours the first night and one hour the next when I picked it up. But besides that no other complaints. Love the Truck and the Escape!
Our salesperson, Rusty, is great. Always ready to help us and answer questions. The service department is friendly and provide excellence service.
