I just had an amazingly fast and pleasant car shopping experience at Bill Brown Ford thanks to Stan. I usually hate car shopping but Stan changed my mind. I hate driving from dealership to dealership, going back and forth, trying to get the best deal. Usually it involves a back and forth, give and take. Sometimes a couple days worth of headache. Service department was awful. I got there at 8am to drop the vehicle off and everyone seemed upset I was interrupting their breakfast. The car is brand new and I had spent a bunch of money having the paint sealed the day before, and you are not supposed to wash the vehicle for a few days. I asked my service advisor to please not wash it because of this and they still did. Not friendly staff and can’t follow simple directions. Is there less than 1 star??
Was pleased with the service, promptness and getting me in the car in less than 24 hours with all the details done. One disappointment was a promise made by the salesman that wasn't kept. There was a small dent/blister on the back bumper. Not a huge deal, but the salesman said they could put a patch on it and a swipe of paint to make it hard to notice at a glance. I recommend Frank Succurro to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle. Frank made the process of buying a new car very easy. He listened to what I needed and found the right car for me.
Their service was excellent. They provided a shuttle to and from. They had everything taken care of by right around noon (dropped it off about 8am).
