I work at Bill Brown Ford so it might seem like pure connivence to get my car serviced there. That’s not the case, I go there because the staff is always so sweet and accommodating. It’s a different dept and a mile down the street so I don’t see these people all the time. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change without my Bill brown attire on and they thought I was a “regular” customer. I was greeted so kindly, it wasn’t until I gave them my vin# that they knew I was an employee. I won’t go anywhere else�

Service personnel is excellent, they really take of me every visit.
I brought my Edge in as it tends to lose air in 1 or 2 tires at very 'inconvenient' moments - like when I needed to get to work. I took it into the repair area and they not only dealt with the front driver's tire which had gone all the way down, but they removed ALL the tires from the rims, polished off the rust preventing the seal to be secured so air wouldn't escape, then restored them to the vehicle. Have been going to Bill Brown Ford since 2007 when I leased a car for my daughter. Didn't have a salesman when I went there and ended up with Tony Juncaj. Tony knows his business very well. Just traded in my wife's Focus in for a new Escape. This was our 17th lease/purchase though Tony. As usual Tony made the process very easy to deal with. Came in on Monday and picked up the new Escape on a Tuesday. Will continue to use Tony and Bill Brown Ford for buying and leasing.
