This was the first vehicle I have leased through Bill Brown. I was referred to Al Lindsey in sales which was a pleasant experience. Martin in service assisted me in repairs for my previous vehicle and most recently Joe Hershey, Miranda & Jose in the collision department. My experiences have all been great! Leased a Fusion earlier this week. It was the easiest, no pressure deal on a vehicle I have ever experienced. There were no surprises at any point. No pressure to take any added options. Keith Jewell, listened to our wants and needs, and put us in a great car! Looking forward to drive my first Ford in 41 years.
I went there for an oil change on my focus, and as usual, had excellent service. The staff were all courteous and professional.

I gave it a 1 Star simply because 0 wasn't an option. I see their site says they are 4.4 out of 5. Guessing that is because they manipulate the reviews and remove the bad ones. Stay as far away from this service department as you can. And don't bother making an appointment because they mean nothing here. 4 hours and counting and can't even get the problem diagnosed. It's too bad because I have been loyal to Ford my whole life but this experience is why I will go with GM or Chrysler.
I have been leasing for 15 years from Ford..Bill Brown Ford has been the best experience yet. Would like to thank John Krause again for all his hard work and being the best car dealer. Will continue going to Bill Brown Ford.
I've had enjoyable and fun times purchasing and ordering cars from Bill Brown Ford and must say that to me, it's all about the products! My wife and I bought a 2016 Focus hatchback last year and compared to our over 10 year older Focus sedan, the 2016 is far quieter and actually calming to drive.
