Very friendly people in all Departments! I had a lease that wasn't initiated at their dealership and they gladly took it in for me..and right when I asked. I wasn't buying anything from them and they were still very Helpful!
I recently leased a new 2016 F-150 Lariat sight unseen and to my surprise it was the most beautiful F-150 I have ever seen. The graphics on it were amazing. I have never seen one with this type of detail. Totally impressed. If you are in the market for a new vehicle go see Dan Freeman. I made my first contact with Dan on a Wednesday and drove it off the lot on Friday. Two days folks...WOW!!!! Bill Brown is the best dealership in my opinion....All I can say is go check them out.

So far we have bought 4 vehicles from Bill Brown Ford. Had issues with our Ford ranger, but was taken care of. Bought this new 2016 Ford F150. Salesman was SUPER Tony was EXCELLENT. Quick lane oil change takes forever. Every time I call there is a 3 hour wait or longer. They really need to improve that aspect of their shop. Southgate ford offers a drive up oil change quick lane that takes 20 minutes.
If you like broken promises then Bill Brown Ford is your used car dealership. Do you like slick misogynistic used car salesmen? If so this is the dealership for you. Do you like to schedule repairs and because of their lack of communication have to bring it back multiple times? If so this is the place for you?
