I called Bill Brown Ford on Monday December 28th to take my car in for service and recalls. They said bring it in Tuesday morning and they will get right on it. Said it will probably be all day. They called at noon and said car was done. The service was great and I was very pleased with everything they did.
Leased a 2016 Ford Escape SE from Bill Brown at end of December - my fifth vehicle acquired from the dealership and with the assistance of Tony Juncaj. In my opinion and based on my experiences there is no reason to even look anywhere else if you are in the market for a Ford car or truck!
