Collision shop was fast, efficient and kept me informed of the progress. Staff was courteous and took the time to explain what was needed and approx. how long it would take. The car was even ready early!!! Couldn't have asked for more.
The A/C is out for the third time on my 2016 Escape. Last repair was 10 days ago. I want a new car NOW !! My summer driving is on hold !! My Father's day was screwed !!! Had this problem since day one !!!
Our leased Escape a/c is NOT working AGAIN! We have had it in 3 times already, Monday will the 4th. Not good when the a/c does not work in the summer. We are afraid to take it on vacation or ANY road trip. Get someone in from the Glass House to look at it. Maybe you should exchange the car for an Escape where the a/c works!!!
Stopped in because they had a truck I was interisted in. They took a look at my truck for trade, as the salesman was walking back over to the desk he says yep time to get rid of that one you got some problems. I said really like what. He said well your developing a miss your cam phasers will need to be replaced. I said really. I see where this is going. Had to leave my car at the Bill Brown Ford collision department for 4 nights for repairs, specifically for work on the side, paint and windshield. When I came to pick up my car, it looked like nothing ever happened to it and the shop had deep cleaned the inside of my vehicle. Loved the text message updates from customer service and the experience with my Ford rental. The collision employees seem to treat your car as if it's one of their own.
I cannot recommend Bill Brown Ford enough. They're the only dealership that actually 1. Acted like they genuinely cared about my problem with my car, 2. Communicated with me what was going on with it, and 3. Actually fixed the issue! So thank you so much! I had previously taken my 2013 fiesta into both varsity ford in Ann Arbor and briarwood ford in saline and neither of those dealerships couldn't manage to fix my shuddering issue on my car.. So yeah don't bother with those two!
Chris Miller, my salesman, was very professional and looked to get the best deal to fit my needs in my 2016 Ford Fusion. Was very courteous.
I called and had a probably with the weather strips around my doors again....they were tearing again with only 58,000 miles on my car. I have never had a car ever do this in my lifetime but ford's wouldn't cover it but Jason the service manager came thru for me and covered the whole thing. Thank you Jason for your great customer service!
