It's always a pleasure to work with the manager and salesman at Burdick Ford. They are always attentive and listen to what I do and do not want. If for some reason there's a problem or question they take care of it swiftly. Super nice guys and the whole facility is very accommodating without being condescending.

highly recommend this car dealership! We were greeted right away They were very helpful brought the cars up to us to look at especially since we had our baby with us It was nice so we didn't have to walk around They didn't rush us They let us take our time and weren't very pushy. super friendly not just the people we are working with but all the staff.We worked with Joel and Kevin and they were fantastic Would definitely buy from again This is my first Ford my last car was a Chevy and we will definitely be back!

From the moment we got there, we were greated by a friendly staff that wasnt trying to push anything on us. we looked around and they brought multiple vehicles to us, we didnt have to walk the lot. We were able to test drive what we wanted, and once again, I cant thank the staff enough. super friendly, not pushy, answered all of our questions no matter how dumb they were. we left with a brand new vehicle, and I wouldnt hesitate to send family and friends here for their next set of wheels.
worst place to buy a vehicle in my life!!!! I was told it went through a 23 point inspection and the service center let me know the sales department has 3 places to take it to so its not their fault. I haven't used a tank of gas yet and I've had to get a complete brake job and now I have a huge oil leak. they will lie to get you to buy then then after the sale everyone throws their hands up because they are done with you. The service department needs to SAY WHAT THEY MEAN AND MEAN WHAT THEY SAY. KEEP THE LINES OF COMMUNICATION OPEN. I brought my car in for one thing and it needed something else and they still have not fixed one of my issues because they say they need for the warning light to be on when it comes in. I AM A LINCOLN FAMILY have been for years but AS SOON AS I AM ABLE I WILL GET RID OF MY LINCOLN MKZ AND MY NAVIGATOR

Crooks. Was in there Saturday. They said I needed a new break hose, but they didn’t have the right part. So I ordered the part and brought it to them. Quoted $200 just for the labor.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Ken as my sales rep. He was honest and not pushy at all. He delivered earlier than I expected which was great. I would recommend anyone looking for a ford to or a used vehicle and to try them out first here.
