The service department here is the absolute worst! Used to be great when Jim was there but went downhill fast. Every time we bring our car in for service or even an oil change, there is an issue. We will never go back.

Over all a good experience, wish I had been made aware the MKC didn’t have HD radio . If I had know I would’ve looked harder at the 16 Edge Titanium and not bought the MKC. But I suppose nothing can be done about that now .
My son bought his first car today and the salesman Logan was so great!! We originally went to another car dealership and salesman there was awful. I am glad we went to Bowditch!!!😀

they could offer me a loaner while they fix the things they messed up on my truck when they had it in for repairs the first time for almost a month... theybe had it again this time for a week still haven't even diagnosed what they messed up .... my truck was fully functional when I brought it to them just leaking diff fluid... they replaced the whole rear end, kept it for 3 weeks waiting on parts charged me almost 4 grand and gave me my truck back with 4x4 not working .... they tried to play like that they didn't do it it wa... read more
