Service department is always helpful, nice that they top off fluids; only complaint is they still have not been able to figure out why my phone intermittently will not work with sync. They did know how to fix my radio problem though Electronics! Don't want to be without them, but if something is wrong, it's always difficult to figure out what it is
I had a number of recall notices on my 2011 Fiesta and Martin Duda in the service department went out of his way to assist me in servicing my vehicle. Quick lane service also is the best.
The service is excellent, to bad FMC doesn't back there products as well as you treat your customers. This will be my first and last Ford.
